On the day of their engagement, Princess Margrethe of Denmark and Henri de Laborde de Monpezat appear on the balcony of Amalienborg Palace with their families. From the Danish Royal Family, King Frederik IX, Queen Ingrid, and Princess Benedikte. Henri was joined by his father André, mother Renée, and sister Françoise.

Queen Margrethe and Prince Consort Henrik at the set of the the iconic old Danish movie-series “Father of Four” earlier today.
Queen Margrethe receives flowers from the child-actor who plays the character “little Per” in the movie and his famous stuffed elephant “Bodil Kjer”.
